Spard (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a team management platform that helps amateur sports teams manage matchday contributions, team finances, and eligibility tracking.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Spard, you agree to this policy.

A. Information You Provide

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Team name
  • Role (player or manager)

B. Payment Information

Spard does not collect or store card or bank details. All payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack). We may receive:

  • Payment confirmation status
  • Transaction reference ID
  • Amount paid
  • Date and time of payment

We do not have access to your full card or banking credentials.

C. Usage Information

We may collect:

  • Login activity
  • Device/browser information
  • IP address
  • Activity within the platform
  • The pages you open, how long you spend on them, and the site that linked you to Spard
  • The country you are visiting from

We count visits ourselves and keep the record in our own database. It is not shared with advertisers or analytics companies. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not store anything on your device to recognise you on a later visit.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and confirm team payments
  • Track matchday eligibility
  • Provide customer support

We do not sell your personal information.
