- Create and manage teams
- Track matchday contributions
- Record fines and team expenses
- Monitor player eligibility
Spard does not:
- Operate as a bank
- Hold customer funds
- Provide financial, investment, or lending services
- Operate wallets
All payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful sports-related purposes
- Not attempt to exploit or misuse the platform
Managers are responsible for payment requests created for their teams.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed by third-party providers.
- Transaction fees may apply.
- Spard is not responsible for payment processor downtime or failures.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment processor and team rules.
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Spard for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Money laundering
- Investment schemes
- Gambling operations
- Illegal or high-risk activities
Spard reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spard provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for:
- Disputes between team members
- Team management decisions
- Financial disagreements between users
- Indirect or consequential damages
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in suspicious activity
- Pose risk to payment partners
